About Me
Elizabeth Holton is a Senior Musical Theater major at The Manhattan School of Music in New York City. Elizabeth was born in St. Petersburg, Russia, raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and is a proud Azerbaijani/Iranian woman. She discovered her love of music at the age of 9 when she began studying the concert Flute. That love only grew when she began to study the alto saxophone at age 11, and the baritone saxophone at age 13. It was in the eighth grade when Elizabeth uncovered her passion for performing on the stage. Throughout her formative years, she performed in community and educational theaters, jazz ensembles, marching bands, and concert wind ensembles. When not belting her heart out on the stage, Elizabeth enjoys listening to John Mayer, hip-hop, and punk music, doing her nails, and watching horror movies!
